• The Price does not include tax, unless explicitly stated otherwise. All taxes of any kind that WB Business Ltd is required to collect or pay with respect to the production, sale or shipment of Products shall be the responsibility of You.
• PAYMENT TERMS; Payment terms are at the discretion of WB Business, and, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by WB Business Ltd, payment must be made at the time of purchase. Payment for Products shall be made by credit card or some other prearranged payment method. Your order is subject to cancellation by WB Business Ltd, at WB Business Ltd's sole discretion. Shipping and handling are additional unless otherwise expressly indicated at the time of sale. If applicable, shipping and handling will be specified in the invoice(s).

 

• CARRIAGE; WB Business Ltd currently ships to addresses in the UK. WB Business Ltd will ship the Products to You using various shipping methods depending on the items being shipped, quantity, time and destination. WB Business Ltd makes no guarantee that ordered items will arrive by a certain time or date and advertised lead times as published on the website should be considered as guidance only. Any shipping dates provided by WB Business Ltd are estimates only. Loss or damage that occurs during the shipping by a carrier selected by WB Business Ltd is WB Business Ltd's responsibility. Loss or damage that occurs during the shipping by a carrier selected by You is Your responsibility. You will be responsible for installation of Products. You must follow the manufacturer's installation specifications and instructions exactly or your ability to return the Products and any warranty that may exist on the Products may be nullified.
• ACCEPTANCE OF GOODS; It is your responsibility to inspect products at time of delivery and refuse delivery of the Products if damaged. You agree that receipt of the Products shall constitute acceptance of the Products. You must notify WB Business Ltd within 10 days of the date of shipping if you believe any part of your purchase is missing, incorrect or damaged.

 

• RETURN & REFUND POLICIES; EXCHANGES: Any product that you purchase from WB Business Ltd may be exchanged for a replacement at the earliest convenience if damage is caused in transit and reported in line with the terms and conditions in this document.  You must contact WB Business Ltd directly at 0871 226 1732 (Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. prior to returning any Products as failure to do so may invalidate your right to a refund or exchange. All returns will be coordinated through WB Business Ltd.  You must return the Product in its original or equivalent packaging. You are responsible for risk of loss, shipping and handling fees for returning or exchanging Products. Additional fees may apply, including processing fees and restocking fees equal to 10% of the Price. If you cancel an order before you receive the order, you may be charged for shipping and handling costs, even for Products in which shipping and handling were not charged on the original order. Upon receipt and inspection of all returned Products, WB Business Ltd will credit the credit card used to place the order for the purchase Price of the Products returned, less shipping and handling. Any damage to goods during return shipping using any carrier will be the responsibility of you.  All returns must (a) be in the original or equivalent packaging; (b) have the original manufacturer's paperwork and owners' manual delivered with the Products; and (c) contain all parts and components originally delivered with the Products.  If you want to return a product to WB Business for a refund then this must be arranged with WB Business before any return will be accepted.  It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your selections are fit for the use you want to put them to.  If having received yuor goods you decide that they are not fit for purpose then please contact WB Business Ltd on 0871 226 1732.  Where a suitable alternative is available WB Business will inform you, if no suitable alternative is available.  All applications for a refund may be subject to fees including return of the goods to WB Business Ltd and a restocking or processing charge.  Any damage to goods considered by WB Business Ltd to have been caused by improper use, poor packing for return or mistreatment of the products could effect your right to a full refund. Any refund would exclude delivery costs which will be retained by WB Business Ltd.  Your application for a refund must be received within 7days of receiving goods.
• WARRANTY; WB Business makes no warranty on any products except as indicated on the website and in the documentation provided with products.
• Warranties may be voided if you fail to install or operate the product in accordance with the operating manual provided with the product

 

• PAYMENTS; All payments from the website will be taken by WB Business Ltd and the shopping cart will be identified as such.   You should expect to see WB Business on your credit card statement if paying online using a credit card to purchase products or services from this website
